The following Terms and Conditions apply to use of this site:

Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is signified by your use of this site. They take effect immediately on your first use of the site. The Society reserves the right to change them at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of the site after updating constitutes your acceptance of these modifications.

  1. Material may not be downloaded, printed, copied, reproduced, republished, posted or transmitted in any way, except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written consent of the Society. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this site or use it for any other purpose than for your personal non-commercial use. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and so as not to infringe anyone's rights, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by anyone. That restriction or inhibition includes conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to anyone, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

  2. This site and all its content relating to the Society, its services and products (or to third party services and products), is provided in good faith but without any representation or warranty of any kind, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. The Society accepts no liability for any damages whether direct or indirect or consequential, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site. The Society does not warrant that the functions and material contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. The names, images and logos identifying the Society or third parties and their services and products are proprietary marks of the Society and/or third parties. No grant of any licence or right under any trademark or patent of the Society or any third party is herein expressed or implied.

  3. When you submit any contribution of any nature to this site, by virtue of that submission you grant the Society a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licenseable licence to use, copy, modify, adapt, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights regarding such contribution worldwide consistent with the Society's Privacy Policy. By submitting your contribution, you also warrant that it is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to the Society, indemnify the Society against all costs, damages and expenses that may be incurred by it as a result of your breach of that warranty, and agree to waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Society's site and the other purposes mentioned above.

  4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
