How to join Lasham Gliding Society

Under 18 Membership (15 - 17 years) also known as Cadet Membership
You need to download and complete the following application forms and return them to the office.

• I want to be a Cadet
• Cadet Membership Application Form
  -Declaration of Physical fitness
  -Mandatory Safety Notes
• Next of Kin form
• Advice to Parents
• Medical certificate (This needs to be completed by your GP before you can fly solo, however whilst you are learning to fly, the top part of the form will be sufficient)

Under 21 Membership (18 - 20 years) also known as Senior Cadet Membership
You need to download and complete the following application forms and return them to the office with your membership fee:

• Cadet Membership Application Form
  -Declaration of Physical fitness
  -Mandatory Safety Notes
• Next of Kin form
• Medical certificate (This needs to be completed by your GP before you can fly solo, however whilst you are learning to fly, the top part of the form will be sufficient)

Under 26 Membership (21 to 25 years)
You need to complete the following application forms (obtainable from Lasham office) and return them to the office with your membership fee:

• Cadet Membership Application Form
  -Declaration of Physical fitness
  -Mandatory Safety Notes
• Next of Kin form
• Medical certificate (This needs to be completed by your GP before you can fly solo, however whilst you are learning to fly, the top part of the form will be sufficient)
